MHC Annual Health Fair and Back-2-School

Promoting a healthy active lifestyle, along with school readiness. This free event will include:

Vision screenings, lead testing, blood pressure/A1C testing, adult and child immunizations, ECS student enrollment, school supplies and backpacks (while supplies lasts).
