Practice is every Wednesday from 6:00pm-7:15pm

The Tolson Youth Choir (TYC) is a music and youth development program for students ages 8-18 in Elkhart, Indiana. The choir will launch as a partnership between Goshen College (GC) and the Tolson Center for Community Excellence, a community center with a long history of youth empowerment and education in the predominantly Black and Latinx neighborhood of south-central Elkhart. The TYC celebrates the musical traditions of south-central Elkhart, build bridges across Elkhart County, empower youth through singing and community-building activities, and promote a college-going mindset among Elkhart youth.
